Discovery Mime Theatre
Discovery Movement Theatre's mime shows are fast-paced, colorful, fun and easily accessible. Versatile and creative, they are a perfect fit for anything from festivals and fairs to formal theatres.
Brian and Mary began as a mime duo in 1981 at the University of South Dakota where they were both studying theatre. Mary was a gymnast, athlete and actor; Brian was a fencer, mime and vaudevillian. The immediately began creating together, fell in love and have been two halves of the same apple ever since. They have performed thousands of times in venues ranging from plush formal theatres to mud-soaked parks and cow-pie laden fields.
